Write a christmas message inside the christmas card with a gold felt tip or silver if you prefer. Put your finger into the brown finger paint and make three finger prints on the christmas card. The cut the pipe cleaners and twist them to look like a scarf and stick then under the finger prints. Stick the google eyes on the finger prints. With the black felt tip make the antlers. This is a great activity to do between different year groups. You can get each class to make something different for the display panel. The desert sand was made by sticking real sand on card. You can also add more things to the display panel or make things differently, the stars on the sky were made out of sugar and paper with the younger children. The children will all enjoy being a part of this huge display panel if you have the space for it. You can also then display children’s work on it. If you are in a religious school you can add the nativity scene to complete the whole display panel.
