Here is a under the sea display panel theme made with 3 year olds.
The children will love to make these fish by using a template made by an adult and sticking shapes on them to decorate and make them colourful. It’s a great activity for this age group as they can concentrate on their hand eye coordination and also learning colours and shapes.

Help the children cut out the shapes on the fish by using a harmless piercer to work on their fine motor skills. Remember to put something soft under the template so its easier for them to pierce the fish.
